How do I export my data?

Open Mindknot → Settings → Export. We email you a ZIP of your transcripts, tasks, mood, and journal entries within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Account → Delete account. Your personal data is erased within 30 days, except where Indian law requires retention.

I was charged but Pro is not active.

Restart the app and tap Settings → Restore purchases. If still missing, email support@mindknot.app with your receipt.

How do I cancel a subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Direct purchases: Mindknot → Settings → Billing.

I want a refund.

App Store and Play Store refunds are handled by Apple and Google. For direct purchases, email support@mindknot.app within 7 days.

Voice recording is not transcribing.

Check microphone permission and your network. Recordings made offline are queued and transcribed when you reconnect.

How do I file a grievance?

Email our Grievance Officer at grievance@mindknot.app. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days as required by India's IT Rules, 2021.
